  • Typical response times during working hours:

  • I may check messages outside of core hours, but unless it’s urgent, please don’t feel obligated to respond until the next business day.

  • I tend to be more introverted and reflective. I may need time to process information; sharing materials or questions in advance helps me provide thoughtful feedback.
  • I like to break down problems into systems and often look for systematic solutions.
